By now we are all aware of the severity of COVID-19 and probably exhausted from the anxiety of it all. While we don’t want to add to the stress, we do want to let you know what we are doing at Watson's Panel and Paint to deal with this.

Firstly, we want to ensure you that our customers and our staff health and safety are of highest priority. In delivering our best service to you in getting your vehicle back on the road as quickly as possible, we have designed a process to ensure that we can deliver to you in a safe and responsible manner.

We have therefore set up a few processes that we ask you to be aware of:

A time will be allocated to you for booking your vehicle in for assessment. Bookings are now required so we can estimate your vehicle safely. Please click here to book a time online.

We will have a designated and labelled estimate parking spot ready for you. Please make sure you park your vehicle here.

Please also remove all personal items and any rubbish from the vehicle prior – this enables us to get good access to the vehicle.

Our staff will aim to remain 2 meters from you and we ask that you also respect this requirement

After we have finalized your estimate and taken the photos, we will contact the insurance company for approval and commence the ordering process for parts to organize for a specific repair time.

Once the estimate has been finalized, we will then contact you to arrange for a convenient date to book your vehicle in for repair. Please note that if you have an excess, we require payment prior to completion of your vehicle (preferably before the work commencing). This can be paid via internet banking or via contactless paywave eftpos.

Bookings are now also required to pick up your vehicle to once again ensure your safety. We will contact you once repairs are complete to organize a time.

We also kindly ask, if you do have any flu-like symptom to stay at home. This also includes if you have travelled overseas in the last 14 days or come in to contact with someone who has (or alternatively is also producing flu-like symptoms).
